Open exclusively to current WITS Autumn 2026 players

International Players
Open to women players aged 30+ based outside Singapore.

All players must be available on both Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September.

How Registration Works

Registration Dates
Opens: 14 August 2026
Closes: 2 September 2026, 5pm SGT

Live Draw: 3 September 2026

Singapore-Based Players
Registration does not guarantee a place. If demand exceeds capacity, local places will be selected by random draw after registration closes.

International Players
A limited number of places are reserved for international players and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is completed.

Entry Fee
S$60 per player. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do I Need a Partner?

All players must register individually. Singapore-based places will be allocated by random draw, broadcast live on Instagram on Friday, 28 August at 3pm SGT. Once the tournament field is confirmed, playing experience and level will be used to create balanced pairings and seed the tournament. All levels are welcome! 

International players will have the option to join with a partner or let WITS pair them.

Qualifying matches starting from 8am SGT

Sunday 20 September
Knockout rounds and Championship Final

Final format and match times will be shared with confirmed participants ahead of the tournament weekend.

Weather & Rain Policy

Opening Rally is played on outdoor courts. In the event of rain or unsafe playing conditions, WITS may delay, reschedule or adjust matches during the tournament weekend. There is no alternative rain date. Entry fees remain non-refundable if weather prevents some or all play from being completed.

Opening Rally Singapore is powered by the community, and we would love your help bringing the weekend to life. We are looking for volunteers to support player check-in, court coordination, score reporting, event setup, and general tournament operations. Whether you can help for a few hours or a full day, your support will make a real difference.

Singapore has a wide range of accommodation options, and participants are welcome to stay wherever is most convenient for them. For easy access to Kallang Tennis Hub, we recommend looking at hotels in the Kallang, Bugis, Marina Bay or City Hall areas, all of which offer convenient connections to the tournament venue and central Singapore.
